This policy explains how Preme Group LLC ("we", "us"), which operates Roofin’ Pros at roofinpros.com, collects and uses information about you.
What we collect
When you submit our quote form, we collect:
- Your full name, mobile phone number and ZIP code
- What's going on with your roof (for example, a leak or storm damage)
- Whether you checked the consent box, and the exact consent wording and version shown to you
- Technical details: your IP address, browser user agent, the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, and the time of submission
- Advertising details from the link you used to reach us, such as UTM parameters and ad click IDs (for example gclid, gbraid, wbraid, msclkid and oppref)
If you call us, we collect your phone number and the information you share on the call.
How we use it
- To contact you about your roofing request by phone and, if you agreed, by text
- To connect you with a partner roofing contractor, including sharing your name, phone number, ZIP code and request details with that contractor and connecting you to them by phone
- To measure which ads and pages lead to requests, and to prevent spam and abuse
Partner contractors are independent businesses. Once your information is shared with a contractor, their use of it is governed by their own practices.
Calls may be recorded
Calls to and from Roofin’ Pros may be recorded and may be handled in part by an automated or AI voice assistant, for quality, training and record-keeping.
Advertising measurement
This site uses advertising measurement tags from Google (Google Ads), Microsoft (Microsoft Advertising) and OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads). These tags may set cookies or use similar technologies to record visits, form submissions and taps on our phone number so we can measure our ads. You can manage ad personalization in your Google and Microsoft account settings, and use your browser's privacy controls to block or clear cookies.
Opting out
- Texts: reply STOP to any text message.
- Calls: tell the caller you no longer want to be contacted.
- Email: write to us at [email protected] and ask to be removed.
Sharing
We share your information with partner roofing contractors as described above, with service providers who help us run the site and phone systems, and when required by law. We do not sell your information for money.
Retention and security
We keep request records as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect them.
